PADI Night Diver Course
Ever wondered what the fish do when the sun goes down? Then this course is for you. This course will give you the opportunity to see the night shift of marine life and increase your underwater adventures.
This course is designed to be an introduction to scuba diving at night and to help the student scuba diver develop the skills, knowledge and techniques necessary to safely participate in night-diving activities
What is involved
This course covers the planning, organisation, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards of night diving, plus the proper procedures for bouyancy control, navigation and communication while scuba diving at night. you will also be shown the proper
use of dive lights, buddy-system techniques and emergency procedures
along with an orientation to nocturnal aquatic life
Pre-requisites
Your must be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver
PADI Junior Open Water Diver or have a qualifying certification from another training organisation.
(The Night Dive conducted during the PADI Adventures in Diving program may be counted toward this speciality at the discretion of the instructor.)
